All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

- There are five parking spaces for people with disabilities.
- The Langwied S-Bahn station is 700 m away.
- All rooms and facilities accessible to guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via a ramp or elevator.
- There are no slopes steeper than 6%.
- All doors and passageways used by guests are at least 90 cm wide.
- The reception counter is 105 cm high. An alternative means of communication while seated is available.
- Exhibits and information are primarily visible while seated.
- Seating is available.
- There are designated seats for wheelchair users in the concert hall.
- There are two public restrooms for people with disabilities, both of which are accessible from either side (at least 90 cm). The grab bars in the restrooms are fold-up.
