A guided tour through the World of Leica fuels your fascination with insights into the company's history and its Manufactory. Learn how Leica products are created, and glance over the shoulders of our employees during the production, manufacturing and assembly of Leica cameras, lenses and binoculars. And experience for yourself how outstanding engineering and precision craftsmanship combine to produce the highest "Made in Germany" quality. 

The Ernst Leitz Museum provides an insight into the history of Leica, while the Leica Store presents the latest product innovations. In the Leica Gallery you can admire breathtaking works by renowned photographers. If you need a break, Café Leitz invites you to enjoy exclusively selected coffee blends and lovingly prepared homemade baked goods and desserts.

  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via elevators. 
  • All passageways/doors and paths are at least 85 cm wide.
  • Exhibits and information are mainly visible from a seated position.
  • Seating is available.
  • There are public toilets for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm).
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Advance booking is necessary. 
  • Mobile or fixed seating is available for people with walking disabilities, which can be used during the tour.
