- There is a parking lot for people with disabilities.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used and are raised for the guest are at least 88 cm wide. With the exception of individual bathroom doors.
- There are four barrier-free rooms.
- The WC in the room can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
- Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
- There are tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
- There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from one side (80 cm). There is a fixed grab rail on the non-accessible side.

- In the dining room, there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing or hanging on them that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
