  • There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible without steps/at ground level. 
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used and raised by guests are at least 80 cm wide.
  • The counter/cash desk is 72 cm high at its lowest point. There is an alternative way of communicating while seated.
  • There are two public WCs for people with disabilities.
  • The WC for people with disabilities in the administration building can be accessed from one side. There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The grab rail on the accessible side can be flipped-up.
  • The toilet for people with disabilities in the parking lot in Letten can be accessed from both sides. There are folding grab rails on both sides of the toilet. 
  • There are no guided tours for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users.

  • The entrance to the Tourist Office is not visually rich in contrast and is not recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
  • The signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering.
  • There are no obstacles. 
  • All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
  • There are no guided tours for people with visual impairments or blind people.
