  • There are three parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • The Messberg subway station is 150 meters away.
  • All rooms and facilities that are accessible to guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via an elevator.
  • All doors/passages that are accessible to guests are at least 80 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is 115 cm high.
  • There are six accessible rooms available. There is an emergency call bell next to the bed.
  • The toilet in the room is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side of the toilet.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is also visible while seated.
  • Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
  • The breakfast area has tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which is accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

  • There is an audio induction loop system at the reception.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed visually.
  • Deafgard (mobile device) available: the alarm signal of a smoke detector activates a vibration cushion and a stroboscopic light, also functions as a vibration alarm clock.
  • In the breakfast room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
  • WiFi is offered.
  • In the evaluated rooms (112 and 116, double rooms) there is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
  • There is an emergency bell directly at the bedside, which triggers an alarm signal at the reception.
  • In room 112, ringing at the room door is indicated by a flashing signal.
