Yoga trail Sankt Wendeler Land

Yoga trail Sankt Wendeler Land (Frank Rauber)

Nothing but nature, far away from the hustle and bustle, fascinating views and silence - this is how the 6.2 km long Sankt Wendeler Land yoga trail is experienced.

It serves as a sanctuary to take a little time out and bring body and mind into harmony.

Exercises on seven different boards along the trail invite you to try them out. Each board features a photo with instructions for the exercise. An audio file with the complete instructions for each exercise is available via a QR code.

The philosophy of yoga is that body and soul are inseparable. Yoga brings everyone their own individual benefit or progress. It is a gentle way of harmonizing body and mind, slowing down and enjoying the slow down and enjoy the here and now.
