Windstärke 10 - Wreck and Fishing Museum Cuxhaven

Windstärke 10 - Wreck and Fishing Museum Cuxhaven (Guido Frank)

Two historic fish packing halls together with a modern exhibition building form the authentic ambience for an exciting museum experience. "Wind Force 10" stands for a museum experience with all the senses. Numerous films and audio stations convey unforgettable impressions of the dangers and challenges of seafaring. Not only are the stories of sunken ships told, but visitors also experience the extremely hard work on board the fishing trawlers in the North Atlantic. Go on a fishing trip to Iceland during your tour of the museum or "dive" to the bottom of the North Sea in search of shipwrecks and their cargo.
