  • There are three designated parking spaces for people with disabilities. 
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via elevators. 
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 90 cm wide (or alternatives are available).
  • Barrier-free rooms are available.
  • The WC in these rooms can be accessed from one side (at least 88 cm). 
  • There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side of the toilet. 
  • The washbasin is wheelchair accessible and the mirror can be seen from most rooms while standing or sitting.
  • Access to the shower is barrier-free. A shower chair is available. A grab rail is available in some rooms.
  • There are tables in the dining room that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (at least 90 cm). Folding grab rails are available on the WC.

  • There is no audio induction loop system.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevators is confirmed audibly.
  • In the dining room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. 
  • In room 507, 702 and 703 (multi-bed room) is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
  • The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
  • WiFi is offered.
