All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

  • There is at least one parking space for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible without steps/at ground level. 
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used and are raised for the guest are at least 80 cm wide.
  • In apartment 501, the dining table is wheelchair accessible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
  • The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair accessible.
  • The WC can be accessed from one side (at least 60 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side of the toilet. 
  • The washbasin has limited wheelchair access and the mirror cannot be seen when seated.
  • The shower is steplessly accessible (threshold of 2 cm). There are grab rails in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
  • There are wheelchair accessible tables in the "Schweizer Stuben" restaurant (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (at least 90 cm). There are flip-up grab rails on the toilet.

  • There is no clearly visible alarm.
  • There is no audio induction loop system.
  • In the "Schweizer Stuben" restaurant, there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing or hanging on them that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
  • In Apartment 501 there are some freely available sockets near the beds.
  • Wi-Fi is offered.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
  • The evaluated areas that can be used by the guest are predominantly well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
  • There are glass doors without safety markings.
  • The menu font in the restaurant is not straightforward and visually rich in contrast. There is a menu in large print.
  • Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.
