History becomes alive in the Deisenried weather tunnel near Fischbachau: visitors can experience a piece of mining history up close in the old mine. Wide, threshold-free paths lead around 70 meters into the tunnel, where easy-to-read information boards and lovingly preserved technology illustrate the hard work and clever solutions of the past. Helmets, lamps, and the unique feeling of being below ground make the visit an experience for young and old alike.
