  • There are ten marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • There are five identical vacation homes.
  • The vacation home is steplessly accessible.
  • On the first floor, all rooms are step-free/level (double bedroom, living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom for people with disabilities). 
  • The upper floor is only accessible via stairs (two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sauna). 
  • All passageways/doors and paths on the first floor are at least 90 cm wide.
  • There is at least one double or multi-bed room. The bed is height-adjustable.
  • The dining table is wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).  
  • The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are wheelchair compatible (automatically height-adjustable). 
  • The WC (ground floor) can be accessed from one side (at least 90 cm). 
  • There is a flip-up grab rail on the accessible side of the toilet. 
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
  • Access to the shower is barrier-free. A shower chair is available.

  • The alarm is visually noticeable in the hallway.

  • External paths have a visually contrasting and tactilely detectable walkway border. 
  • The entrance area to the cottage is not visually contrasting to the surroundings. 
  • All elevated and guest usable areas are well lit, i.e. bright and glare free. 
  • The patio glass door is without security markings. 
  • Stairs do not have visually contrasting edges. Handrails are present.
  • The operating elements (e.g. door handles, light switches, emergency call buttons) are tactilely detectable, but only occasionally visually contrasting.
