All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities.
• The JH Tannenlohe bus stop is 90 meters away. 
• All rooms and facilities available to guests are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via an elevator. 
• All doors, passageways, and pathways used by guests are at least 80 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 85 cm high. There is no other equivalent means of communication while seated. OR
• There are three rooms designed to be accessible.
• The in-room toilet is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). Fold-down grab bars are available to the left and right of the toilet.  
• The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible while seated.
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are provided.
• The dining room has tables that are no more than 80 cm high and are wheelchair compatible, with a clear space of 67 cm in height and 30 cm in depth.
• There is a public restroom for people with disabilities that is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a fold-down grab bar on the accessible side of the toilet.
