The Tourist Information team is on hand to answer questions about leisure, vacation and shopping in Lingen. They know the right route, the most interesting sights, the most exciting evening event, the right restaurant and much more. Guests can also obtain souvenirs and tickets for concerts, theater or sporting events.

  • There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible without steps/at ground level. 
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide. Exceptions: The door to the WC is 78 cm wide
  • The counter is 75 cm high at its lowest point. There is an alternative way of communicating while seated.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities that can be accessed from one side. There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side. 
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Advance booking is necessary. 
  • Mobile or fixed seating is available for people with walking disabilities, which can be used during the tour.
