  • There are designated parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • All areas in the main building of the environmental education center that can be used by guests are accessible without steps, via ramp or elevator.
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 85 cm wide.
  • The main paths in the wildlife park are easy to walk and drive on, they are at least 250 cm wide and have a maximum longitudinal gradient of up to 6%. 
  • The nature trail to the owls and wolves has a maximum longitudinal gradient of up to 12%. 
  • The nature trails to the wildlife enclosures are not easy to walk or drive on and have maximum longitudinal gradients of up to 20%.
  • Seating is available.
  • Outdoor animal enclosures and indoor exhibits, as well as the associated information, can mainly be viewed and read while seated.
  • Wheelchair-compatible tables are available in the self-service restaurants inside and outside.
  • There are public restrooms for people with disabilities that can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm). There is a flip-up grab rail at least on the accessible side of the WCs. 
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Advance booking is necessary. 
  • The entire route is steplessly accessible for wheelchair users. Seating is available.

  • There is a visibly perceptible alarm in the public toilet for people with disabilities.
  • There is no audio induction loop.
  • In the self-service restaurant (indoors and outdoors) there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision or eye contact. In the outdoor area there are tables with low background noisess, but not in the indoor area.
  • In the elevator in the environmental education center the outgoing emergency call is confirmed audibly, not optically.
  • In the indoor and outdoor area information about the exhibits and at the animal enclosures is provided in written form and in photo-realistic representation. In the lower exhibition room in the interior there is acoustic information.
