All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

  • There is a designated parking space for people with disabilities.
  • Almost all rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps. Exception: the door to the side entrance/toilet has a 4 cm high step. 
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
  • Exhibits and information can mainly be viewed while seated.
  • The counter is 75 cm high at its lowest point.
  • There is a public WC for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (at least 90 cm). 
  • There are flip-up grab rails to the left and right of the WC.   
  • There are no guided tours for people with walking disabilities or wheelchair users.
