"Wiedemann's" Wine Hotel
The Wiedemann's Weinhotel - small and fine. Family-run. Elegant, pure and at the same time full of warmth. Designed with love. And Palatine at heart. The wine hotel is located in the picturesque climatic health resort of St. Martin with a magnificent view of the Rhine plain in an idyllic location on the edge of the forest. Ideal starting point for hikers, athletes, mountain bikers, peace seekers and connoisseurs.

- There are two designated parking spaces for people with disabilities.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or elevator.
- All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide. Exceptions: Some doors in the wellness area are less than 80 cm wide.
- Barrier-free rooms are available.
- The WC in the room can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm).
- There are hook-in grab rails to the left and right of the WC. These grab rails can be flipped-up.
- The washbasin is wheelchair accessible. The mirror cannot be seen when seated.
- Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
- Wiedemann's restaurant has wheelchair accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm).
- There is no public WC designed for people with disabilities. There is one public WC, which is accessible via a maximum of one step and has a door width of at least 70 cm.
- A wellness area is available. This was surveyed but not included in the assessment.
- There are flat steps with handrails to access the panoramic outdoor swimming pool.
- A sauna wheelchair is provided.

- In Wiedemann's Restaurant, there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.

- Stair treads are not visually contrasting. Stairs have handrails on both sides.
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevators is confirmed audibly. , e.g., by an intercom system. The operating controls are not visually rich in contrast but not tactilely detectable.
- The menu in Wiedemann's restaurant is designed straightforward and visually rich in contrast.
- The edges of the swimming pool are visually contrasting.
