Villa Moorstern is located on the edge of the Tannenhausen bathing lake in Aurich East Frisia. Guests can expect two identical villas with 17 high-quality, family-friendly vacation apartments. The bathing lake offers a variety of water sports and the nature reserve is ideal for walking or cycling.

- There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
- The path from the parking lot to the vacation home is 5 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on.
- The Meerhusen vacation apartment is steplessly accessible via an elevator.
- The elevator cabin is 119 cm x 153 cm.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised by the guest are steplessly accessible.
- All doors/passages that can be used and raised by guests are at least 90 cm wide.

Kitchen
- The dining table is wheelchair compatible (wheelchair access is only possible at a height of 63 cm).
- The worktop, sink and stove are not wheelchair compatible.
- Bedrooms (double room)
- The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 1 are as follows:
- in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 250 cm x 80 cm;
- to the left of the bed 80 cm x 210 cm; to the right of the bed 75 cm x 200 cm.
- The bed is 68 cm high.
- The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 2 are:
- in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 200 cm x 336 cm;
- to the left of the bed 60 cm x 187 cm; to the right of the bed 145 cm x 210 cm.
- The bed is 65 cm high.
Bathroom
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
- at least 150 cm x 150 cm in front of the washbasin and toilet.
- The WC can be accessed from at least one side.
- There are folding grab rails on the right and left.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible.
- The mirror is visible from a seated position.
- The shower is steplessly accessible and measures 118 cm x 130 cm.
- There are grab rails in the shower.
- A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (permanently installed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).
- There is no alarm trigger.
