The exhibition focuses on topics such as the uniqueness and beauty of riverine landscapes, their sustainable development, habitat and species conservation. The outdoor area offers exciting activities on the subject of water for young and old. A footbridge connects the site with a restored Havel Altarm. Boards inform about the renaturation measures and the effects on the floodplain landscape.

- There are three parking spaces for people with disabilities.
- All rooms and facilities that are accessible to guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via an elevator.
- All doors/passages and paths that are accessible to guests are at least 90 cm wide.
- The cash desk is 100 cm high. There is no other equivalent communication option available while seated.
- Exhibits and information are mostly visible while seated.
- Seating is available.
- There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which is partially accessible from the side (50 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Advance booking is required.
- Mobile or fixed seating is available for people with walking disabilities, which can be used during the tour.

We would like to expand our German Sign Language services in the medium term; please feel free to contact us in advance if required.

- Outdoor paths usually do not have visually contrasting or tactile walkway boundaries.

- All raised areas that can be used by guests are brightly lit and glare-free.

- The signage is designed in easily legible, high-contrast lettering.
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically. The stopping position is announced by voice. The controls are designed with high visual contrast and are tactile.
- Alternatively, there are staircases with handrails on both sides. The visual markings are visible on the front and top of all steps, i.e. when ascending or descending the stairs.
- The exhibits are generally well lit.
- Information about the exhibits is mainly provided in writing and is visually high-contrast.
