The Tourist Information is your first point of contact for your vacation. We will be happy to give you information about the organization of your stay and help you find the right offer for you.

We will provide you with the host directory, brochures and information about hiking and biking trails, sights and excursions. In addition, we offer a large selection of literature on the "Traumschleifen" and the Saar-Hunsrück Climb, hiking maps and much more.

  • There is a parking lot for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible without steps/at ground level. 
  • All usable and raised doors/passages are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The counter is 73 cm high. There is an alternative option for communication while seated.
  • There are two public WCs for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.   
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Advance booking is necessary. 
  • Mobile or fixed seating is available for people with walking disabilities, which can be used during the tour.
