  • There is a marked parking space next to the entrance for people with disabilities.
  • The building is accessible without steps.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests can be reached via the elevator.
  • The elevator cabin measures 140 cm x 140 cm.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is 115 cm high.
  • In the dining room and in the bistro there are wheelchair accessible tables.
  • There is no public toilet designed for people with disabilities. For events, a sanitary room of a room will be provided if required.

Room 203 with sanitary room (shared room)

  • The manoeuvring space in front of essential, immobile furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) and to the left of the double bed is at least 150 cm x 150 cm.
  • The double bed is 160 cm wide, 40 cm high including the mattress and wheelchair compatible.
  • In the sanitary room, the manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the WC 140 cm x 140 cm and in front of the washbasin 140 cm x 190 cm;
    to the right of the WC 80 cm x 54 cm, to the left of the WC 30 cm x 54 cm;
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC, the right one can be folded up.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be viewed while standing or sitting.
  • The stepless walk-in shower (threshold 1 cm) is 100 cm x 200 cm. A shower chair and a horizontal grab rail are available.
  • An alarm trigger is available.

Room 201 with sanitary room (shared room)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential, immobile furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 225 cm x 150 cm.
    to the left of the double bed 120 cm x 170 cm, to the right of the double bed 60 cm x 170 cm.
  • The double bed is 160 cm wide, including mattress 45 cm high and wheelchair compatible.
  • In the sanitary room, the manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the WC 140 cm x 140 cm and in front of the sink 140 cm x 200 cm;
    to the left of the WC 80 cm x 54 cm, to the right of the WC 30 cm x 54 cm;
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC, the left one can be folded up.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be viewed while standing or sitting.

  • There is no clearly visible alarm.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
  • In the dining room and in the bistro there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is a seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room) in the dining room. 
  • WiFi is offered.

Room 201 and 203 (shared room)

  • There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
  • The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.

  • All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.

  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is not announced by spoken commands. The operating elements are visually rich in contrast and tactilely detectable.
  • Steps are not visually rich in contrast. A handrail is available.
  • Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.
