- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or elevator. The only exception is the event room on the 2nd floor, which is only accessible via stairs.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
- Information is mainly visible when seated.
- The counter/cash desk is 74 cm high at its lowest point.
- There is a public toilet for people with disabilities that can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side.
