The team of the Tourist-Information Speyer welcomes you!  We're here for you. If you need a hotel, tickets for a show, a tip on a good restaurant or tavern, just stop in or call us on our Service Hotline.

 At Tourist-Information, we can answer all your questions. In addition, you can get brochures and detailed maps of the city, make hotel reservations, and gather sightseeing tips. And tours of the city start right at our door which is next to our historic City Hall.

  • There is a parking lot for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp. 
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The counter is 87 cm high at its lowest point. There is an alternative option for communication while seated.
  • There is a public WC for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (90 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.   
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Advance booking is necessary. 
  • Mobile or fixed seating is available for people with walking disabilities, which can be used during the tour.

  • There is no audio induction system at the counter.
  • There are no guided tours for people with hearing impairments and deaf people.

  • Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing. 
  • Guided tours are offered for people with visual impairments and blind people. Advance booking is required. 
  • During the guided tours, tactile exhibits are integrated.
