  • There is at least one parking space for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator. 
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 77 cm wide.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are at least 120 x 120 cm. 
  • Double or multi-bed rooms are available.
  • The WC in the barrier-free room can be accessed from one side (at least 90 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the non-accessible side of the toilet. 
  • The washbasin is wheelchair accessible. The mirror cannot be seen from a seated position.
  • Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
  • There are tables in the dining rooms that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities (separate for men and women).

  • Some of the signage (for orientation) is not designed in legible, high-contrast lettering. There is no good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background

  • Steps are not visually rich in contrast. Stairs have a handrail on one side.
