- There are eight marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
- The building is accessible without steps.
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or by elevator/lift.
- The elevator car is 110 cm x 210 cm. The clear passage width of the elevator door is 90 cm.
- The platform of the lifts is 100 cm x 146 cm.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide except for the doors to the saunas (at least 77 cm wide).
- The cash desk is 92 cm high at the lowest point.
- There are three restrooms available for people with disabilities.
- The toilet in this restroom is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There are fold-down grab bars on the left and right sides of the toilet.
- The shower in the restroom for people with disabilities is fully accessible. There are grab bars in the shower. A shower seat is provided.
