  • There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities. 
  • The Plateau Kurgastzentrum bus stop is 80 m from the entrance. 
  • The outdoor paths are mostly 200 cm wide (but at least 125 cm wide) and mostly easy to walk and drive on. They have maximum longitudinal gradients of up to 6%. 
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are elevated are accessible without steps/at ground level or via ramps. 
  • The ramps to the Sky Walk have a maximum gradient of 6% (intermediate landings available).
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
  • Exhibits and information can mainly be viewed from a seated position.
  • Seating is available. 
  • The play areas are not wheelchair-accessible. There is no play equipment that is accessible and usable for wheelchair users. 
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (at least 90 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the toilet.
