Experience this beautiful region in the heart of Europe in the border triangle of Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium. The Islek is characterized by idyllic villages with modern agriculture. Precisely because of its topography, the Islek is a popular vacation region with a wealth of vacation offers for nature and culture lovers who go on a journey of discovery on foot, by bike, car or motorcycle.

The vacation region of Arzfeld is characterized by mountain ranges of up to 570 m and the associated wonderful views of the Eifel landscape, as well as by river valleys that cut ever deeper to the south, where the beaver is now once again at home. The nature reserve "Irsental" near Daleiden is a precious ecosystem with a surprising variety of insects. It is also known as the "Valley of 1,000 Butterflies".
