Tourist Information Hermeskeil (Julia Marmulla)

Located in the center of the Saar-Hunsrück Nature Park, there is a well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails in and around Hermeskeil. The Ruwer-Hochwald Cycle Path and the Saar-Hunsrück Climb pass through the town of Hermeskeil, which is also home to the Saar-Hunsrück Nature Park Information Center. As a medium-sized center in the Hochwald, Hermeskeil offers visitors to the region numerous overnight accommodations, shopping opportunities in the pedestrian zone and a shopping center. With finds of Roman relics and Celtic burial grounds, there is plenty to discover in Hermeskeil, also from a cultural and historical perspective.

  • The customer area of the tourist information office can only be accessed via steps. Alternatively, there is an information desk directly at the side entrance. A member of staff at the tourist information office can be called via a bell.
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests are at least 90 cm wide.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities on the upper floor (accessible by elevator from the side entrance), which is accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
