The family-friendly Sambesi restaurant spoils guests visiting Hoyerswerda Zoo and Castle with hearty meals and captivates them with its unique African ambience. The large slide and climbing forest inside invite children to romp and play, while adults enjoy the sun on the beautiful café terrace. 140 seats inside and outside offer a place to relax and celebrate.

  • The restaurant has tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which is accessible from both sides (at least 90 cm). The grab rails on the toilet can be folded up.
