Barrier-free information
All test relevant areas fulfil the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility tested - partly barrier-free for people with walking disabilities ".
Some information on accessibility are listed below. Detailed information can be found in the test report at the end of this text.
- There is no parking space available for people with disabilities. However, there are sufficient parking spaces. A parking space will be reserved for arriving guests.
- The nearest bus stop is “Havenwelten”.
- All outdoor paths are easy to walk and drive on.
- All usable and elevated rooms are accessible at ground level or via an elevator.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
- The reception counter is 120 cm high. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
- One barrier-free double room (room 100) is available.
- The WC in the room can be accessed from one side (at least 90 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
- The washbasin is wheelchair accessible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
- In the breakfast room (next to reception) there are tables that are max. 80 cm high and can be driven under at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
- There is a public WC for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (at least 90 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

- There is no audio induction loop.
- In the event of an audible alarm, no visually perceptible flashing light or flashing signal appears.
- An emergency call is confirmed acoustically in the elevator. Alternatively, stairs are available.
- In room 100 there is at least one freely available outlet near the bed.
- Free WiFi access is available.
- In the breakfast room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps that restrict the field of vision. There is no seating area with low background noises (seating corner/separate room).

- The entrances are not visually high in contrast and cannot be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
- There are glass doors at the main and side entrances. These open automatically.
- The evaluated areas that can be used by the guest are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
- Steps have no contrasting edges.
- An emergency call is confirmed acoustically in the elevator. The stopping position is not announced by speech. The operating elements are visually rich in contrast and tactile.
- There is no information in Braille or prismatic writing.
