Trifelsbad (Christina Abele)

The Trifelsbad, which will be completely renovated in 2022/2023, offers water fun and relaxation for young and old! It has a 25-metre swimmer's pool, an adventure pool with a wide wave slide and a toddlers' area with a water playground. There is also a spacious lawn and sunbathing area with parasols. There is also a kiosk for hungry and thirsty water rats.

  • There is at least one parking space for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp. Except for the steps of the slide. 
  • All passages/doors and paths are at least 80 cm wide.
  • There are flat steps with handrails to access the non-swimmers' and swimmers' pools. 
  • There is a ladder with a handrail to access the pools. The pools have different water depths.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm). 
  • There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side of the toilet. 
  • The shower in the changing room is accessible at ground level. There is a grab rail and a shower chair.

  • The signage (for orientation) is designed in clearly legible and high-contrast lettering.
  • There are no obstacles. 
  • Not all areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
  • The edge of the pool is visually contrasting. Except for the children's pool.
  • The first and last steps of the stairs to the pools have horizontal and vertical contrasting edges. 
  • Stairs have a handrail on both sides.
