  • There is a parking space available for people with disabilities.
  • The bus stop is located 50 meters away.
  • All guest-accessible areas and facilities are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via elevators.
  • The gradient is not greater than 6%.
  • All doors and passageways accessible to guests are at least 90 cm wide. 
  • The reception desk is 115 cm high.
  • There are two accessible rooms (614 and 615).
  • The toilet in these rooms is accessible from the right or left (minimum 90 cm). Flip-up grab bars are available at the toilet.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible even when seated.
  • Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are available.
  • The breakfast room features tables that are a maximum of 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • There is a public restroom for people with disabilities that is wheelchair compatible (minimum 89 cm). Flip-up grab bars are available on the left and right sides of the toilet.

  • In the event of an audible alarm, there is also a clearly visible flashing light signal.
  • There is no audio induction loop system or other technical assistance available for people with hearing impairments (e.g., Sennheiser Mobile Connect, Phonak Roger). 
  • Information is provided in writing.
  • Wi-Fi is available.
  • In the rooms surveyed (614 and 615), there is at least one freely accessible electrical outlet near the bed. 
  • A Deafgard device (mobile unit) is available; the alarm signal from a smoke detector activates a vibrating pad and a strobe light, and it also functions as a vibrating alarm cloc
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed only by an audible signal. Stairs are available as an alternative. 
  • The dining room features tables with bright, glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing or hanging above them that obstruct the field of vision or eye contact.
