"Waldpromenade" along the treetop path in Hainich National Park

Waldpromenade along the treetop path in the Hainich National Park

"Promenade" means a path, which primarily serves strolling. This is exactly what the WALDPROMENADE invites you to do. The main actor on the path is the forest itself - its simple beauty and its calming - energizing sensuality. The barrier-free design guarantees a comfortable and stress-free tour (1.2 km). Several islands of calm, such as the WaldBar or the WaldWonne, and some action elements such as the WaldKonzert, ask you to linger. The path is a combination of water-bound gravel sections and wooden walkways. At the same time, this compensates for height differences and allows a particularly attractive approach to the forest.
