  • There is a marked parking lot for people with disabilities (parking space size: 400 cm x 500 cm; P4/Bahnhofstraße). 
  • The path from the parking lot to the entrance is 80 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 3% over a distance of 17 m.
  • Access to the building is stepless (threshold of 1 cm height).
  • All rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level.
  • All passageways/doors are at least 90 cm wide.
  • All paths have a minimum width of 150 cm.
  • The counters are 81 cm high at the lowest point. There is another, equivalent communication possibility in a sitting position. 
  • Offered aids: wheelchair
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Please call and book in advance.

Public toilet for people with disabilities

  • A public toilet for people with disabilities is located next to the entrance to the tourist information office.
  • The manoeuvring spaces:
    in front of the toilet, washbasin and door are at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
    right of the toilet are 60 cm x 58 cm, to the left 94 cm x 58 cm. 
  •  Grab rails which can be folded up are provided on both sides.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair accessible. 
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
