  • The counter/cash desk is 110 cm high or there is an alternative way of communicating while seated.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities that can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm). 
  • There is a flip-up grab rail on at least the accessible side of the toilet.
