  • There are four parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • The Hotel Am Vitalpark bus stop is 200 metres away. 
  • Almost all rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or lift. 
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 70 cm wide.
  • In the restaurant and bistro in the bathing area, tables are available that are max. 80 cm high and can be driven under at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • There are several washrooms available for people with disabilities.  
  • The WC in these rooms can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side of the toilet.  
  • The shower in the sanitary room for people with disabilities is steplessly accessible. There are grab rails in the shower. A shower seat is available.
  • There is a passenger lift, flat steps with handrails and ladders with handrails to access the pools within the swimming pool.  
  • The whirlpool is only accessible via steps.
  • The children's pool is only accessible via two steps without a handrail.
  • The outdoor pools are only accessible via flat steps with handrails.
  • To access the pools in the outdoor pool, there is a raised pool edge for transferring, flat steps with handrails and ladders with handrails.   
  • The pool edges are visually contrasting. 
  • A sauna wheelchair is provided. 
  • In the sauna, the manoeuvring space in front of the lower bench is 120 cm x 120 cm in some places. 
  • There are public WCs for people with disabilities that can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side.

  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is only confirmed acoustically. Alternatively, stairs are available.
