- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 80 cm wide. Rooms and parts of the wellness area that are not barrier-free are excluded.
- The reception counter is 106 cm high.
- One barrier-free room is available.
- The WC in the room can be partially accessed from the side (45 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible. The mirror is not visible when standing or sitting.
