The tourist information is operated by the spa administration of the island of Poel in the "Haus des Gastes". Our competent staff are at your disposal with the following services:

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

- There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities.
- The Kirchdorf Sportplatz bus stop is 50 meters away.
- All rooms and facilities that are accessible to guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via an elevator.
- All doors/passages that are accessible to guests are at least 80 cm wide.
- Most exhibits and information are visible while seated.
- The reception desk is 75 cm high at its lowest point.
- There are two public toilets for people with disabilities, which are accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- No guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities or wheelchair users.

- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically. Alternatively, stairs are available.
- Guided tours for people with hearing disabilities and deaf people (in German sign language) are offered. Advance reservation is necessary.
