- All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 80 cm wide.
- The counter/cash desk is no more than 80 cm high and there is an alternative way of communicating while seated.
- There is a public WC for people with disabilities that can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm).
- There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side of the toilet.
