  • There is a parking space for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via an elevator.
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 83 cm wide.
  • There is no lowered reception desk. However, there is another, equivalent communication option available while seated.
  • There is one barrier-free room available.
  • The toilet in the room is accessible from one side (at least 90 cm). There are flip-up grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can also be seen while seated.
  • Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
  • In the dining room and bar, there are tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which is accessible from one side (at least 90 cm). There are flip-up grab rails on the left and right of the toilet.

  • In the event of an acoustic alarm, there is also a clearly visible flashing signal in the barrier-free room, in the lobby, in the breakfast room, and in the conference rooms.
  • There is no audio induction loop system.
  • Wi-Fi is available.
  • In room 134, there is at least one freely available power outlet near the bed.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is only confirmed acoustically. Alternatively, stairs are available.
  • In the breakfast room and bar, there are tables with bright, glare-free lighting and no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.

  • The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
  • The signage (for orientation) is designed with easily legible, high-contrast lettering.
  • All elevated areas accessible to guests are brightly lit without glare.

  • Stair steps do not have high-contrast edges. Stairs have a handrail on one side.
