Seit  1363 steht der Dom St. Mauritius und St. Katharina zu Magdeburg, seinerzeit eine der größten Kirchen auf deutschem Boden. Er gehört heute zu den bedeutendsten Bauwerken an der Straße der Romanik durch Sachsen-Anhalt.

  • There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp. 
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 88 cm wide.
  • Tables are available that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • There is a public WC for people with disabilities that can be accessed from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

  • There are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing or hanging on them that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
