Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.
- There are two unmarked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 250 cm x 500 cm).
- The surface quality of the car park is not easy to walk and drive on.
- The path from the car park to the entranceof the hotel and the Brauhaus is 30 m long. It is partially not easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 7,5 % over a distance of 5 m.
- The hotel, the Brauhausan the town hall are steplessly accessible. The sauna area is only accessible via stairs.
- Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible via elevators. Exceptions: In the Brauhaus the Remembar and the music cellar are only accessible via stairs.
- The elevator cabin in the hotel measures 110 cm x 138 cm. The elevator cabin in the Stadthalle is 110 cm x 135 cm.
- Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide. Exception: the sauna doors are 63 cm wide.
- The reception desk is at its lowest point 120 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
- There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the Brauhaus (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
- Guided tours for people with walking impairments are offered. A reservation in advance is necessary.
- Mobile or fixed seats are available for people with walking disabilities, which may be used during the guided tour.
Room 307 (double room)
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 118 cm x 200 cm;
left of the bed 110 cm x 150 cm;
right of the bed 165 cm x 150 cm. - The bed is 59 cm high.
- A nursing bed is not available.
- The door opens inwards, but does not affect the manoeuvring spaces in front of the toilet and sink.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
in front of the toilet and the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
left of the toilet 92 cm x 70 cm and right 32 cm x 70 cm. - There is a grab rail on the left side of the toilet. The grab rail can be flipped-up.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible.
- The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- The shower is accessible without thresholds.
- The manoeuvring space in the shower is 120 cm x 120 cm.
- Ao shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
- There are grab rails available in the shower.
- An alarm trigger is not available.
Shower in sauna area
- The shower is accessible without thresholds.
- The manoeuvring space in the shower is 150 cm x 150 cm.
- Ao shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
- There are no grab rails available in the shower.

- In the sauna area/swimming pool are no public toilets designed for people with disabilities.
Public toilet for people with disabilities (town hall)
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of/behind the door at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
in front of the toilet 140 cm x 102 cm;
in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 107 cm;
left of the toilet 107 cm x 70 cm and right of the toilet 37 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
- The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- An alarm trigger is available.
- In the Brauhaus are no public toilets designed for people with disabilities.
