  • There is a designated parking space for people with disabilities.
  • The building is accessible without steps.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or by elevator.
  • The elevator car is 110 cm x 210 cm. The elevator door is 90 cm wide.
  • Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide. Exception: the door to the restaurant is 83 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is 107 cm high.
  • Wheelchair compatible tables are available in the restaurant (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Room 214 (single room, 2nd floor)

  • There is a connecting door to another room.
  • The manoevring spaces are:
    in front of the wardrobe and to the right of the bed 121 cm x 140 cm;

  • There is no audio induction loop system.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
  • In the restaurant and bar there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room). 

Room 214 (single room)

  • There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
  • The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
  • W-LAN is offered.

  • The entrance is neither visually rich in contrast nor recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.

  • Glass doors are not marked with safety markings.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is not announced by spoken commands. The operating controls are visually rich in contrast, but not tactilely detectable.
  • The staircase is not visually rich in contrast. It has a handrail on one side.
  • The menu font in the restaurant is straightforward and visually rich in contrast. There is no menu available in large print.
