Make yourself at home, that is our goal! A familiar atmosphere, 24-hour reception service, competent staff and a cordial atmosphere are all part of our good manners. Directly in the government district of Berlin-Mitte and in the immediate vicinity of the trendy districts of Prenzlauer Berg, Wedding and Pankow, we welcome you as your home away from home. 

Bright, friendly and comfortably furnished, our 90 non-smoking rooms await you. Shower, WC, hairdryer, towel dryer, flat screen TV with premium TV and telephone are a matter of course. In addition, all rooms offer a safe and free W-LAN. In the comfort rooms you will also find a minibar and kettle incl. coffee and tea facilities. We have also thought of our smallest guests. Numerous items of equipment for small children are available on request.

  • There is a parking space for people with disabilities.  
  • The entrance/access to the building is possible without steps via a ramp.
  • Ramps are at least 127 cm wide. Ramps have a maximum longitudinal slope of 6%.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps via an elevator. 
  • The elevator car is 108 cm x 110 cm. The elevator door is 80 cm wide.
  • Doors are at least 80 cm wide.
  • The counter is 116 cm high at the lowest point. 
  • There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
  • There are 30 accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm).

  • The room is a multi-bed room.
  • The movement areas are: in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cabinets) 160 cm x 200 cm; to the left of the bed 89 cm x 180 cm; to the right of the bed 65 cm x 180 cm.
  • The bed is 48 cm high.

Bathroom

  • The movement areas in the bathroom are: in front of the sink 160 cm x 160 cm; in front of the WC 160 cm x 140 cm; to the left of the WC 0 cm x 71 cm; to the right of the WC 100 cm x 71 cm.

WC / washbasin

  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
  • The right grab rail can be folded up. 
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.

Shower

  • The shower is accessible without steps. 
  • The shower area is 110 cm x 110 cm.
  • There are grab bars in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if needed.
