Make yourself at home, that is our goal! A familiar atmosphere, 24-hour reception service, competent staff and a cordial atmosphere are all part of our good manners. Directly in the government district of Berlin-Mitte and in the immediate vicinity of the trendy districts of Prenzlauer Berg, Wedding and Pankow, we welcome you as your home away from home.
Bright, friendly and comfortably furnished, our 90 non-smoking rooms await you. Shower, WC, hairdryer, towel dryer, flat screen TV with premium TV and telephone are a matter of course. In addition, all rooms offer a safe and free W-LAN. In the comfort rooms you will also find a minibar and kettle incl. coffee and tea facilities. We have also thought of our smallest guests. Numerous items of equipment for small children are available on request.

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

- There is a parking space for people with disabilities.
- The Gesundbrunnen S-Bahn and U-Bahn station is 350 meters away.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via a ramp or elevator.
- There are no slopes with a gradient of more than 6%.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 80 cm wide.
- The reception desk is 116 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication option available while seated.
- There are two barrier-free rooms (7 and 14).
- The toilet in these rooms can be accessed from the left or right (at least 90 cm). There is a foldable grab rail on the accessible side of the toilet.
- The sink has limited access and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
- The breakfast room has tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
- There is no public toilet for people with disabilities.

- There is no audio induction loop system available.
- Wi-Fi is available.
- At least one double or multi-bed room is available.
- In the rooms surveyed (7 and 14), there is at least one freely available power outlet near the bed.
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is only confirmed acoustically. Alternatively, stairs are available.
- In the breakfast room, there are tables with bright, glare-free lighting and no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
