- Parking spaces are available for people with disabilities.
- The Schäftlarnstraße/Gasteig HP8 bus stop is 60 m away.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or elevator/lift.
- All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide. The distance between the seat and the front row is 50 cm.
- Exhibits and information are mainly visible from a seated position.
- The checkout counter is 86 cm high at its lowest point. The checkroom counters are 93 cm high. The other counters are 115 cm high.
- Seating is available.
- There are separate spaces for wheelchair users.
- There are five public toilets for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails on the left and right.
