  • There is a designated parking space for people with disabilities.
  • The entrance/access to the building is step-free.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via an elevator.
  • The elevator cabin is 120 cm x 200 cm.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 70 cm wide (or alternatives are available).

    to the left of the WC 27 cm x 56 cm; to the right of the WC 97 cm x 56 cm.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The shower is accessible via a 16 cm high step. The shower is 80 cm x 135 cm.
  • A shower seat can be provided if required.
  • There are no grab rails on the toilet or in the shower.

Room 216 (2nd floor, double room)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 120 cm x 100 cm;
    to the left of the bed 110 cm x 180 cm; to the right of the bed 70 cm x 180 cm.
  • The bed is 57 cm high.
  • The threshold to the balcony is 10 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the washbasin 90 cm x 145 cm; in front of the WC 160 cm x 85 cm;
    15 cm x 55 cm to the left and right of the WC.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible. The mirror cannot be seen from a seated position.
  • The shower is accessible via a 12 cm high step. The shower is 80 cm x 85 cm.
  • A shower seat can be provided if required.
  • There are no grab rails on the toilet or in the shower.

Public WC for people with disabilities

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the washbasin and WC 150 cm x 170 cm;
    to the left of the WC 68 cm x 50 cm; to the right of the WC 35 cm x 50 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet. Both grab rails can be folded up.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible.
  • An alarm trigger is available.

  • There is at least one freely available socket near the bed.
  • There is a doorbell with optical signal.
  • Additional aids: vibrating alarm clock with optical signal, cordless headphones for TV, mobile hearing loop for TV
