- There is a tram stop at a distance of 300 m.
- Two marked parking spaces are available for people with disabilities. The car park is not easy to walk and drive on.
- The path from the car park to the entrance is 30 m long and easy to walk and drive on.
- Access to the building is stepless (threshold 1 cm).
- All evaluated rooms available to the guest are accessible at ground level.
- All passageways/doors are at least 90 cm wide.
- The counter in the customer room is 74 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility in a sitting position.
Public toilet for people with disabilities
- The manoeuvring spaces (width x depth) are as follows:
in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and washbasin at least 150 cm x 145 cm,
right next to the toilet 90 cm x 70 cm, left 96 cm x 70 cm. - There are handles on both sides of the toilet, which can be folded up.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- There is an alarm trigger.

- The entrance is visually contrasting, but cannot be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
- Glass doors are present in the entrance area. These open automatically, they are marked with safety markings.
- Rooms and corridors are bright and glare-free illuminated.
- Indoors and outdoors there is no guidance system with floor indicators.
- The signage for orientation is designed in clearly legible and high-contrast font.
- There is no Braille or prismatic information available.
