"Gärten der Welt" (Gardens of the World)

The Gardens of the World are one of the most beautiful idylls of the city of Berlin. This place offers nature, culture, and recreation at the same time. Garden art from Asia, the Near East and Europe in combination with extensive meadows and flower beds is presented in an impressive way. The first of these impressive and authentic gardens - the Chinese Garden - was opened in 2000, followed by gardens from Japan, Korea and Bali. The Oriental-Islamic Garden shows a garden architecture from the Orient as unique as the "Karl Foerster Perennial Garden" and the Christian Garden from Europe. In 2017, the Gardens of the World were a part of the International Garden Exhibition in Berlin.
