All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility tested - partially barrier-free for people with walking impairments ".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For more details, please see the test report at the end of the text.

  • There are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 550 cm; distance to entrance 45 m).
  • The car park and the outdoor paths are easy to walk and drive on due to their surface conditions.
  • Access to the building is stepless (threshold 2 cm). The entrance door is a revolving door, but can be set to permanent opening.
  • The height of the checkout counter is 90 cm to 120 cm. There is a communication possibility while sitting.
  • All rooms and facilities that available to the guest are steplessly accessible or can be reached by elevator.
  • The cab size of the elevator from the ground floor to the basement is 100 cm x 140 cm. Operating elements are arranged on a horizontal control panel.
  • All evaluated passageways and doors are at least 90 cm wide.
  • A passenger lift is available for access to the swimming pool.
  • In the restaurant there are wheelchair compatible tables. The bistro can only be reached via one step. If required, the tables are placed on the swimming pool level.
  • In the changing room, the manoeuvring space is at least 150 cm x 150 cm. The narrowest passage width is 130 cm. Seating is available.

Public toilet for people with disabilities on the ground floor

  • The manoeuvring spaces are as follows
    at the door 120 cm x 120 cm;
    in front of the toilet 180 cm x 70 cm and in front of the washbasin 100 cm x 100 cm;
    right and left of the toilet at least 90 cm x 70 cm.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The toilet is equipped with handles that can be folded up on both sides.
  • An alarm trigger is available.

  • There is no audio induction loop.
  • In the elevator, the emergency call is confirmed audibly, not visibly.
  • In the restaurant and bistro, there are tables where there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision. In the restaurant there are seating areas with low background noises, but not in the bistro. The restaurant is only open for sauna and beauty world guests.

  • The restaurant is only open to sauna and beauty world guests. There is a menu in plain and high-contrast large print. 
  • All raised areas that can be used by guests are predominantly brightly lit and glare-free. 
  • There is no continuous guidance system with floor indicators.
  • The signage is designed in legible, high-contrast lettering.
  • Information is not tactile or available in Braille.
