Vorreiter AG becomes new GNTB member

Frankfurt am Main, 1 July 2026 – Effective 1 July 2026, the German National Tourist Board (GNTB) welcomes Vorreiter AG as a new member. The company's application for membership was unanimously approved by the GNTB Board of Directors at its 111th meeting on 2 June. The GNTB now has a total of 64 members, including the tourism marketing organisations of Germany's 16 federal states, companies from the tourism industry, as well as public bodies, associations and marketing organisations. In addition, a range of sponsors support the GNTB's global sales and marketing network.

Petra Hedorfer, CEO of the GNTB, commented: "The hotel and hospitality sector is a key economic driver in Germany's inbound tourism industry. According to VISA Destination Insights, 28 per cent of international visitors' consumer spending in Germany is generated in hotels and restaurants. At the same time, the hotel sector is a cornerstone of Germany's culture of hospitality, which plays a central role in promoting Destination Germany around the world. With Vorreiter AG joining the GNTB, we are further expanding our ability to showcase the diversity of Germany's hotel offering in international markets."
