The many facets of Janssen's artistic talent form the focus of the Horst Janssen Museum in Oldenburg, Lower Saxony.
Horst Janssen (1929-1995) applied his skills to drawing, etching, wood engraving, lithography, poster art, illustrations and writing. The museum's 1,000m² exhibition provides an introduction to the artist's work and his character. There is also a space for regular temporary exhibitions that showcase historical and contemporary artists whose work, like Janssen's, is centred around drawing and print.
